Introduction
Café Aroma in Eastbourne Old Town has been firmly established for 20 years.
Robert and Brian fresh from their hugely successful venture "Robert & Brian's Bistro" on Hastings pier decided to make a bid for Café Aroma, they were successful, and with Brian's flair as a chef and his eye for interior decorating the restaurant has now become one of the Old Town's most popular venues.
All the cooking is done by Brian himself - and is homecooked on the premises a typical example from the menu would be:
Homemeade Lasagne with salad or vegetables or deep fried potatoes.
Homemade Apple crumble with cream or ice cream.
Coffee or tea from our wide selection.
There are also old fashioned desserts like Bakewell tart and Summer pudding, and the cheesecake is something to die for!
Robert is in charge of the day to day running of the business and of the buying.
He is keen to build up the retail side of the business selling High Quality Teas and Coffees which cannot be bought anywhere else in Eastbourne. Tea is always bought loose (NO TEABAGS HERE) and coffee is always in beans and can be ground to customers orders.
We have 24 covers but please book ahead for lunches.
We are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Café Aroma is not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
